The Completion of the Coastal Cottage Project

The Coastal Cottage Project serendipitously wrapped up in September, just in time for clients Jeff + Dana to celebrate their 28th wedding anniversary. We are so grateful that we had the opportunity to build this custom home for two amazing people in Hampstead North Carolina as their vacation getaway. Complete with solid wood construction cabinets, quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and extra tall windows and doors, the clients will experience coastal living at its finest. Because these upgrade items were balanced with budget friendly options like board and batten vinyl siding (versus Hardie), single hung windows (versus double), and architectural shingles (versus metal roofing), they were able to stay build their cottage without breaking the bank.
